⭐Please note that this is a custom item that is produced for your order. Like flowers in the wild, variations in color depth/engraving do occur and add to the character of each piece. These variations are to be expected and should not be considered defects.

We recommend to hand wash all tumblers including lids and straws. We do not take returns for lids that don't line up in a particular direction or any other preference.

  This is custom made and will take 2-3 weeks to ship. Fall, Halloween and Cancer Awareness designs will be prioritized and shipped earlier (1-2 weeks)

Due to high demand, we may only have preorder items available. We are always working to increase our "ready-to-go" inventory. 

Processing times are as follows (estimated):

Other items: 2-3 weeks

Note: If multiple items are ordered that have various processing times, the shipment will go out once the longest lead time item is fulfilled. 

We will not be held liable for any package(s) that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit or after delivery to the address you have given us. If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date, yet is delayed because of weather, natural disasters, riots, strikes or unforeseen events on the shipper's end, we will not be held responsible.

Due to handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept return or exchanges. However, if you have any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of your package delivery. In case that we agree to take the return, buyers will be responsible for shipping cost (both ways) and a 10% restocking fee.
