All of our products are intended for children ages three and up. Some products with small parts could pose a choking hazard for children younger than 3. Adult supervision is required at all times. By purchasing our products, you are assuming all risks associated. PigletInBloom is not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, health ailments, death, choking, or disability caused by our products. A purchase signifies an electronic acceptance of these terms and the customer is agreeing to release and forever discharge PigletInBloom from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death while playing with, or around, our products.
