Physical Products
All of our products are intended for children ages three and up. Some products with small parts could pose a choking hazard for children younger than 3.

Adult supervision is required at all times. By purchasing our products, you are assuming all risks associated. Piglet in Bloom LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, health ailments, death, choking, or disability caused by our products. 

Digital Products
Each digital file package purchased from our website will include (1) Premium-Use License by default.

PREMIUM-USE LICENSE. This license will allow for personal use and small business use. Small business use includes up to 100 sold products using this specific digital file package. 

COMMERCIAL-USE ANNUAL LICENSE (Sold separately). The commercial license allows for full commercial usage and is available as a separate purchase. The license includes up to 5000 sold products using a specified digital file package. The license will expire in (1) year from purchase or reaching the maximum threshold of 5000 sold products, whichever comes first. Upon expiration, it will be required to repurchase the Commercial-Use License for continued use. 

Under no circumstances should any files be altered (other than re-sizing and personalization), resold, distributed or shared in any way. The files remain the property of Piglet In Bloom LLC.

A purchase signifies an electronic acceptance of these terms and the customer is agreeing to release and forever discharge Piglet in Bloom LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, personal injury, or death while playing with, or around, our products.
