*** "Custom Name" box:  Type name you want on the bottle , font # and color # in the "Custom Name" box . For example: Chloe, Font #3. Color # 5

       * If you choose "Name and a small image only". Type name, font #, color # and image theme (or No image) in "Custom Name" box. For example: Matt, Font #3, color #5, Construction or Chloe, Font #4, Color#8, No image

       * If no font or color was entered, we will choose the font or color as pictured (and this may delay the process)

* For No Logo (Maars brand) bottle: Color 1-5 is glitter (shimmer); color 6-8 is matte & color 9-15 is soft matte (no glitter). 

* For YETI bottle: Color are matte (Ignore "glitter")

 This is custom made and will take 2-3 weeks to ship

Due to high demand, we may only have preorder items available. We are always working to increase our "ready-to-go" inventory. 

Processing times are as follows (estimated):

Newly launched product: see product description. 
Other items: 2-3 weeks

Note: If multiple items are ordered that have various processing times, the shipment will go out once the longest lead time item is fulfilled. 

We will not be held liable for any package(s) that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit or after delivery to the address you have given us. If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date, yet is delayed because of weather, natural disasters, riots, strikes or unforeseen events on the shipper's end, we will not be held responsible.

Due to handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept return or exchanges. However, if you have any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of your package delivery. In case that we agree to take the return, buyers will be responsible for shipping cost (both ways) and a 10% restocking fee.
